Land Matters: Photography, Landscape, Environment.
The Houston Center of Photography is excited to offer an online masterclass with Liz Wells that will focus on environmental images, issues and interventions. We shall critically reflect on ways in which photographers have deployed photography and associated media to question, investigate and respond to places and scenarios, ideas and issues.

Dina Litovsky | Lighting, Intention, and Style
The Houston Center of Photography is excited to offer a masterclass with Dina Litosvky that will focus on the many creative uses of light on location, in both editorial and personal work. Dina Litovsky will go over how to use light in documentary projects, portraiture, and remote photography. Students will learn the invaluable skill of planning out a lighting setup in advance as well as constructing one on the spot using whatever sources are available.

Elinor Carucci | Getting Personal: A Body of Work
The Houston Center of Photography is excited to offer a weekend-long masterclass with Elinor Carucci focused on developing and defining each participant’s personal vision and direction for a series they might want to embark on or have been working on. Carucci will present her world-renowned editorial and artistic work in-depth and provide students with invaluable practical information about photography best practices.
